We’ve been closely watching 888′s since the inception of this blog and values have been steadily climbing every year. This one has been ridden, but 16k miles is far from excessive. As with most Italian sporting vehicles, cars or motorcycles, recent and complete service is a what to look for as a savvy buyer who intends to enjoy the purchase right away. If the service documentation checks out you’re already ahead at least a thousand. More importantly you’re ready to ride as this one doesn’t sound like it needs anything and has thoughtful improvements to make regular riding enjoyable.
